ഡബ്ലിന്‍ ഐറിഷ് നേഴ്‌സിംഗ് ബോര്‍ഡില്‍ രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്ത നേഴ്‌സുമാരില്‍ വാര്‍ഷിക ഫീസ് നല്‍കി രജിസ്‌റ്റ്രേഷന്‍ പുതുക്കാത്തവരുടെ പേരുകള്‍ നേഴ്‌സിംഗ് ബോര്‍ഡില്‍ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നു. ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ നീക്കം ചെയ്ത അപേക്ഷകള്‍ പുതുക്കുന്നതിനായുള്ള (Restoration) അവസാന തീയതി ജൂണ്‍ 30 ആക്കി ഐറിഷ് നേഴ്‌സിംഗ് ബോര്‍ഡ് നിശ്ചയിച്ചു. കാനഡ, ഓസ്‌ട്രേലിയ തുടങ്ങി വിവിധ രാജ്യങ്ങളിലേയ്ക്ക് കുടിയേറിയിരിക്കുന്ന ഐറിഷ് നേഴ്‌സിംഗ് ബോര്‍ഡില്‍ രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന നേഴ്മാര്‍ക്ക് ബോര്‍ഡിന്റെ ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള കടുത്ത തീരുമാനും ഒരു ബാധ്യതയാകും. സ്ഥിരമായി നീക്കം ചെയ്ത പിന്‍ നമ്പര്‍ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് പ്രാവീണ്യം തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള രേഖകള്‍ ഹാജരാക്കുകയോ പുതിയ രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷനുള്ള നടപടികള്‍ ചെയ്യുകയോ വേണ്ടി വന്നേക്കാം.
Restoration process
Nurses and midwives whose names have been removed can apply for restoration by following this three step process:

You need to download the Restoration of Name to the Register of Nurses and Midwives form which is available on our applications forms page

Complete the form and the credit card mandate on the form for the restoration fee of €250 and any Annual Retention Fee arrears that you are due (details are included on the reminder notice)

Send the completed form before 1 July 2015 by one of the following three methods
a) scan completed form and send to Restoration2015@NMBI.ie
b) Fax the form to
